Subscription Terms:

 

When you subscribe, you commit to paying the subscription fee for the agreed-upon term.

 

For a 6-month subscription with an introductory discount, your initial month serves as the introduction period. You are also obligated to make a minimum of 6 additional payments during your commitment term before you can cancel.

 

For a 12-month subscription with an introductory discount, your first month is considered the introduction period. You are also required to make a minimum of 12 more payments during your commitment term before cancellation is permitted.

Subscription Renewal:

 

When signing up for an  Vetmed.essentials subscription, you understand and agree that you will be charged at the standard rate for renewal. Promotional codes used at signup do not apply to renewal fees. The company does not accept responsibility or offer refunds for 'auto renewals' if you fail to cancel your subscription before the next renewal date. Your subscription will automatically renew after your initial commitment of  3, 6, or 12 months unless it is 'set to cancel' before the final payment date in your initial commitment.

 

YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IS ONGOING UNTIL YOU CANCEL, AND IF YOU CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP BEFORE THE END OF AN EXISTING SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE REMAINDER OF THAT SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD.

 

IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP BEFORE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION RENEWS, IT WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW FOR A NEW SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD OF THE SAME DURATION.

 

At the conclusion of your existing subscription commitment period, you will be billed for the remaining duration of that subscription period.

 

When Vetmed.essentials mentions that you can cancel at any time, this specifically pertains to the renewal and not your initial commitment term.

 

Any discounts applied to the first month of a new subscription are contingent upon your continued subscription for the entire initial commitment period. If you request cancellation before the end of this initial commitment, you will forfeit any discounts applied to the boxes and will be charged the standard one-month rate for any discounted boxes you received.

 

Vetmed.essentials does not offer a 'free trial' unless explicitly stated. Cancellation is only allowed after the first box if you have chosen a month-to-month subscription. In the case of a 6-month or 12-month subscription, a different agreement is in place, and you have committed to the full subscription period. This policy safeguards the company from misuse of discounts offered to new members who opt for a new subscription. If you agree to a 6-month or 12-month subscription, you are expected to fulfill the entire commitment period. Standard month-to-month subscriptions can be canceled at any time.

 

Vetmed.essentials operates as a subscription service, and by signing up, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to cancel your subscription by logging into your account profile. The company does not undertake the task of canceling your account on your behalf. The responsibility to cancel the subscription rests solely with the customer, and cancellations must be made before the next renewal date.
