I am missing an item in my box, what do I do? 

 

Not to worry, please contact ‘info.vetmedessentials@gmail.com and we will sort it out.

 

My box is delayed, what do I do?

 

You should have received a tracking number on or around the 14th of the month. You can track your parcel via the USPS Post dashboard here - https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input

 

For shipping to Cananda track your parcel via UPS here -

If your box has not been delivered in 10 business days, please contact us at 'info.vetmedessentials@gmail.com' and we will follow up with the Business Support Portal for an update.

 

Do you ship worldwide?

 

We currently only ship in the United States.

and we will work it out with you 

 

How do I update my subscription/address/billing details?

 

You can update your details here when you sign in to your account

 > click ‘manage’ > here you can change your shipping address, card details and manage your subscription. 

 

Will my subscription change/cancel after the commitment period?

 

No. At the end of your commitment period (bi-annual/annual), you will then go onto a flexible month to month renewal, where you can skip/cancel. Your subscription will also remain at the same price you signed up with. 

 

What is your cancelation policy?

 

If you are on a month to month subscription, you can cancel/skip anytime.  If you agree to a bi-annual or annual box subscription you need to stay for the full commitment period. If you need to cancel a plan under certain circumstances, you will need to contact us at ‘vetmed.essentials@gmail.com'

We do not do refunds on the already sent box. To cancel your subscription, log into your account here 

 

Is there a contract?

 

Definitely not! You can skip or cancel at any time. Please note that if you are on a bi- annual or annual commitment plan, you have committed to pay for that full period of the subscription. You can skip months during a commitment term, just email us at vetmed.essentials@gmail.comand we can sort that out for you.
