When will I get my box?
Boxes are shipped every 3 months, around the 14th of March, June, September and December.
**Please note that if you are pre-ordering your first charge will be on
November 9th**
When is the cut off date to order?
The last day to order a box is the 7th of March, June, September and December.
Whats going to be in my box?
Boxes will include essentials to help you during your shift, along with some self-care items.
How much is shipping?
Shipping will be calculated at checkout.
Can I skip or cancel my subscription?
You can skip or cancel at any time. Please note that if you are on a 6 or 12 month commitment plan, you have committed to pay for that full period of the subscription. You can skip months during a commitment term, just email vetmed.essentials@gmail.com and we can resolve that for you.
We do not do refunds on already sent boxes. To cancel your subscription, you must login to your account.
*Subscriptions will be renewed after commitment is met until subscription is canceled.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We currently do not accept returns. If in the instance an item is broken/damaged in shipping, we will gladly replace any broken or damaged items. Just make sure to send us an email at vetmed.essentials@gmail.com with pictures of the box and broken/damaged items.

Vetmed.essentials bears no responsibility for stolen or misplaced packages, shipments directed to incorrect addresses, or the reimbursement or replacement of packages under these circumstances. The customer is responsible for filing all claims. Vetmed.essentials relinquishes liability for any package once it has been entrusted to USPS or UPS.
In the event that any order, whether domestic or international, is returned to us due to factors such as an insufficient address, incorrect address, unclaimed package, and the like, the customer is responsible for covering the costs associated with the reshipment of the package. We do not provide coverage or reimbursement for shipping expenses pertaining to returns or exchanges.
